Dear Santa Clause {aka Adam},
Once again you have spoiled me rotten. I had such a wonderful holiday and received everything I wanted on my list and then some. How is it that you know what I like more than I do myself? I guess that's why you got the job and no other man did. Thank you, thank you for another lovely Christmas.
xoxo,
Mrs Clause
ps. I love you more!
Dear Moses & Vicki,
Thank you so much for opening up your house to us this year. It was my first Christmas away from home and I'm not going to lie I was a little anxious about just that, but you made it so wonderful for me. We loved having a sleep over with you guys and the younger siblings. I defiantly loved staying up late watching Polar Express and helping out on the gift wrapping extravaganza. We both agree that you two rock!
Love,
Your Daughter-in-law
Dear Heavy-D & G-bird,
Kids on the farm! I'm so happy that it worked out with Adam's work schedule that we could come visit you before the big day. Christmas wouldn't be complete without a trip to the farm and a crazy drive through a windy snow storm. We loved our time with you guys and enjoyed putting together the fun puzzle and watching my all time favorite movie 'White Christmas'. Can't wait to see you our way in January.
Sincerely,
Baby Cakes
Dear Photography,
I have enjoyed getting to spend more time on you over the last few months. You have brought a lot of joy into my life and I thank you for it. I promise to upgrade my camera soon so that we can advance a few things. Question for ya...how did you know I needed you when I did?
Thanks,
denZ
P.s. I have really had a blast with you on blog #2 photographybydenz.blogspot.com
Dear Headache,
Seriously, I loath you. Please leave me alone so that I can live my life without constant pain. That would be awesome. You defiantly have been in the way, especially over the last 10 days which has been so inconsiderate of you, it being the holidays and all. I am on my last string. PLEASE go away. I have had to wear this tensing machine more than I would like and the Doc can only do so much at a time. Enjoy your torture while you can because I have schedule an appointment for next Monday with Doc #2. That's right...they are teaming up against you! HA!
You Suck,
Sydney Jan
Dear 2009,
Where ever did you go? I can't believe by the end of the week you will no longer be something present but something of the past. I wish I could say you have been my favorite, but instead I would have to say you have been a great teacher. I've learned a lot...and because of that, this year has been very special to me. I don't feel like I am the best person that I could be, but a whole lot closer because of you. I'm going to miss you truly. Thank you for giving me so many cherished memories to look back and remember you by. I'm scared for 2010, but more prepped and ready due to all your hard work. Thank you for molding me for the future.
With Love,
Syd

That was a cute post! I'm glad you had a good Christmas. I HOPE we get to see you before we leave!!!
your letters bring me little postcards full of happiness.
you inspire me.
photoshoot = blast.
i love knowing someone else in this world sees things the way I do.
I didn't know you suffer from such headaches. What a sorrow. Your Christmas looked magical! To answer your question, Annie and I were just talking about how all girls need a talent they feel self esteem through. I want my girls to take dance lessons and my friend up the street has just started teaching. It's not ballet though.
I LOVE this Post!!! So many wonderful (and not so wonderful, ah hem, headache!) things to reflect on. I LOVE your pics of miss Jessa. So talented, Syd!
Love you!
Those were all very cute. But the headache one made me so sad for you. Sunday, the 27th was my first day without one...25 days straight! And you know one of my meds made me faint. (see my Christmas Eve post). My neurologist was not much help. But my family prac told me to drink more water and take Claritin and OTC sinus meds. It worked yesterday. We'll see if it is really that easy of a fix. I wish yours could be. I have a new empathy for headache sufferers.
i think this is my favorite post ive ever read! you are so creative and inspiring! im glad you had a good christmas! i cant wait to see what adam got you...and hear more details about everything! im so glad you got to see both of your families! what a happy holiday; and i sure hope your headaches feel better. oh and the pics of jess and kris- AMAZING! way to go girl. what program do you use to edit them? like with the coloring? it looks so sweet. love you bunches.cant wait to see you soon.
You are sooo unique I am in jealous awe over it. I'm sorry about your headaches, what a damper that puts on life. That is soooooo great about the photo business. Iam hoping I can hire you to do our family photos this summer. I have a location in mind in SLC, however that phone booth is pretty delightful, I'll have to call you for details. I LOVE the picture of you and Adam and he has the candy cane in his mouth, too cute. Well, keep up the good work.
Dear Syd,
I'm glad you had a great holiday. You deserve only the best. You are a dear and I hope those dreadful headaches clear out this year because they aren't welcome. I hope I get to see more of you this year. I love you lots.

Syd!
Hello!! I have missed you in my life:) How are things?? Your blog is adorable, I love to see you and your cute hubby. Lets get together soon!
Jess
Syd, this is my first time at your blog...I'm not much into bogging anymore, but yours is so darling! Jamie had headaches for a month straight, but they magically went away since she has been taking allergy/sinus meds! You will have to ask her for the details on it!
Those are great letters Syd and I'm sure you'll have a great 2010. You are an amazing girl!
