I just spent the whole weekend with my lovely mother. I love when she comes. This trips mission was to accomplish some early Christmas shopping, and that's just what we did...three whole days of it. Not even the snow could stop us. She came, she saw, she purchased. I wasn't even surprised when I awoke with leg pains from the many miles of walking. Hmmm, maybe I should get myself back to the gym...

Sounds like a perfect way to pass a few days...mother + daughter + shopping and having fun = great memories! I'm sorry I missed seeing her. Darn!

Fun times! I think this is the time of year I will be the most home sick. Even though we are coming home for Christmas, it won't be till a few days before and I will miss out on all the excitement leading up to it! Oh well. I'm glad you had a successful shopping day :)
