I usually try to get in 2 miles before getting bored and moving on to something else. I began my run as usual. I inserted my headphones, cranked on my tunes as load as I dare, did a few stretches, and began my run/jog. I might add in that I run at the Gym. It's so much easier for me...no need to keep one eye on the road for cars and the other on crazed dogs eager to attack me. I also like to run in the cinema room. Having a good flick in front of me always helps to keep my mind occupied. So there I was, beginning my exercise with Paramore in my ear, Music and Lyrics playing before my eyes and next thing I knew I was thinking about Adam. For 4 and 1/2 miles I thought of him. I was thinking about how lucky I am to have such an amazing person like him in my life. Who knew...he is also my motivational key for running.

oh my. this is precious. too precious to even follow up with a comment. i love you two. and your love for each other.
Ohhh that's cute! I should try that because I don't even think I could run for 2 miles straight let alone 4 1/2. Good job! (Only I'd think of Brody, not Adam, that would be a little weird) And I totally agree, running in the gym is MUCH easier.
That's great Syd- you'll be running a marathon before you know it! I just checked out your photo blog for the first time- hello. . . you are amazing! I loved seeing all the great picts you've taken. I esp loved the ones of your parents. So cool! Good job!
Ahh, that's so sweet. Aadam is just the all around great package. Personally Britney Spears music is what gets me movin'. Tell Aadam thanks for the discount on the coffee table. Lydia bonked her head HARD on my mom's very large wooden coffee table and it just made me so happy to know that we don't have to worry about bonked heads with our new little padded leather friend. Also, have you tried foot zoning for your tummy tum? I have friends who seaiously swear by it. Oh, and I want to have a cousins party when K&B get back, you MUST come!
That's so sweet.
oh now that is sweet! Good job on the run too. Sure wish we could run together. Miss those days!
